Responsibilities:


- Manages agency compensation and loan benefits


Requirements:


- 25 – 32 years old
- Bachelor degree preferably in Information System, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years experience in life insurance or any financial industry with 2 years in managerial level
- Good communication skills in English
- Very good in MS Excel applications
- Attention to detail, dynamic, and can work under pressure
