Lowongan Kerja HRD Supervisor di PT KENCANA PANELINDO 


Growth and Develop since 1995,due to overwhelming demand of building material for shopping mall, office building in Indonesia and Worldwide market, we are now expand our manufacturing facilities in Cikupa.


We are looking for dynamic, committed, talented, dedicated, self challenge,motivated & capable individuals for position :
HRD Supervisor (Cikupa - West Java)


Requirement


Male, age between 21 – 35 years old
Have a minimum S1 degree in Law, Psychology from a reputable university
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as HRD Supervisor or similar position in manufacture industry.
Have good knowledge of labor law,
Experience in industrial relationship and employment agreement
Have a basic understanding of the Safety Management System (OHSAS 18000 etc) is an advantage.
Good command of English Language (spoken & written)
Computer literacy : word, excel
Able to work under pressure
Having a good analytical thinking
Strong leadership, communication, personal and interpersonal skill.
Self motivated, high initiative and adaptability
