• Job Description :
o Hands on experience in tender sales to private corporations and government institutions
o Responsible to make a highter sales in our branch office Surabaya
o Manage a view Account Executive, Make sure they are doing the sales and achieve their Goal and Target.
o Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
o Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
o Create the operation of branch office went well

o Male / Female 25-30 years old.
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
o Strong communication, analytical skills, hard-worker, motivated.
o Good appearance (make sure you send your photo)
o Own vehicle (Car / Motorcycle)
o At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o 2 years working experience in managing people.
o Min of 3 years working experience in the same position with proven track record in B2B and/ or Project & Corporate Sales
o Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
o Full-Time positions available.
o Candidate must domicilie at Surabaya
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
