
Lowongan Kerja Sekretaris PT Prambanan Kencana
PT. Prambanan Kencana was established on 1972 as a distributor company for food & beverages, serving the bakery & horeca industry, with extensive network throughout Indonesia. To expand our business, we are looking for qualified professionals to join our team.
Kewajiban:
- Responsible in day to day secretarial matters.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and other events.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Take and distribute minutes of meetings (if needed).
- Liaison with internal and external contacts.
Kualifikasi:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good personalities, hard working and able to work in team.
- Good analythical thinking.
- Highly customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office : MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Fluent in english is a must (both oral and written).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates/entry levels are welcome to apply.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
