We are looking for exceptional committed personnel to fill the role of Finance Officer. This position reports to the YKIP Management Board. This role needs to collaborate with the Program Managers to achieve YKIP objectives.

This job includes, but not limited to:

- Manage Finance and Accounting of Yayasan i.e Maintain the book and account, financial report, tax administration and reporting (corporate and personal income tax and withholding tax), Account Payable and Bank Disbursement, handling petty cash/bank book, payroll, budget preparation and cost monitoring.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum (S1/Bachelor) Degree.
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in administrative works, HR and/or Finance/Accounting.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office system. Ability to operate Microsoft Access would be an advantage.
- Familiar with MYOB is a must and Indonesian taxation is an advantage.

General Requirements:

- Indonesian Nationality.
- Excellent Bahasa and English proficiency, verbal and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Team player with excellent organizational and administration skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and assume responsibilities flexibly.
- Ability to work independently, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion.

This is a Bali based position and candidates from outside Bali will be offered a relocation allowance.
