As part of our growth plan, we are currently looking for individuals with the right skills and attitude for the following position :
Document Controller
Tugas :
Document Control : (make site binder, make PAT document, Archieve delivery document for internal use or cutomer, check PAT document result, follow up the PAT result, check PAC applicant from subcont, Make & maintenance project document database).
Project Receivables : Progress invoice issuance, update invoice list & project commercial recorder, payment reconciliation with customer & internal ZTE, process bank guarantee).
Others part of responsibility such as project admin or some contract management related.
Syarat :
- Can use english and bahasa work and communication both written and oral.
- Well operation on microsoft office (Excel, word, ect)
- There is telecommunication engineering experience is optional.
